Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9 AM – 6 PM, flex Fri 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00 Hourly

  1. Assist with maintaining all personnel records and files, including file documents are placed in appropriate employee files
  2. Update HRIS system and run reports for compliance purposes
  3. Performs customer service functions by answering internal and external inquiries and requests for HR department.
  4. Completes I-9 forms, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  5. Assists with new-employee background checks.
  6. Track employee information in database
  7. Prepare all Human Resources materials and processes mail.
  8. Assists with the new-hire process by ensuring all proper documents are received and coordinates logistics for New Hire Training.
  9. Order all necessary Human Resources materials and supplies
  10. Assists department with special projects as needed
  11. Reconciles benefits statements.
  1. Assists with processing of terminations.
  2. Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  3. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
  4. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Director and CHRO.
  5. Prepares all Human Resources materials and processes mail. Tasks may include: photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  6. Spearhead event coordination for the agency’s annual employee celebration.
  1. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  2. Performs other related duties as assigned.
  3. Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne’s, licensing, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies
  4. Perform work in a safe manner at all times


  1. Participate in trainings and meetings
  2. Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) of the agency
  3. Other duties as assigned


  1. High school diploma and/or GED required
  2. At least two years’ experience working in an office environment, direct HR experience preferred
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.  Experience with an HRIS system preferred
  4. Must be able to multi-task competing priorities
  5. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel
  6. Ability to change direction but still meet deadlines
  7. Spanish speaking preferred
  8. Must have excellent communication skills
  9. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
