IT Assistant

Hours :  M-F 9am-5pm

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the person will plan, organize, and implement efforts toward improvement of overall St. Anne’s Network Infrastructure.


  1. Work on-site on the Desktop Support and Help Desk team to support St. Anne’s Maternity Home employees.
  2. Provide Web Site WordPress Support on “as-needed” basis
  3. Restore and deploy desktops and laptops. Collect and distribute equipment to new hires. Provide instruction classes for new hires.
  4. Update and maintain current IT inventory system (ASAP)  for main office and satellite offices.
  5. Use of Active Directory Users and Computers
  6. Basic St. Anne’s software support and Microsoft Office 365 support.
  7. Collect printer usage reading quarterly and maintain an updated database of printers.


  1.  Pursuing  or has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical discipline with an IT focus.
  2. Promote a culture that values service quality by creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and energetic commitment.
  3. Serve as a role model in carrying out the Mission, following the principles and reflecting the values of St. Anne’s.
  4. Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne’s, state licensing, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.
  5. Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  6. Printer Deployment/configuration.
  7. Working knowledge of Windows 7, 8, and 10, Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019.
  8. Preferred knowledge of ticketing procedures (Solarwinds WHD).
  9. Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS and subnets in Networking
  10. Knowledge of Windows based remote access.
  11. Natural curiosity and flexibility in problem solving.
  12. Ability to generate insights from information.
  13. Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills (verbal and written).
  14. Ability to work independently multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  15. Reliable transportation.
