Provide recruitment services to the various programs by identifying staffing needs and recommending candidates for open positions; process new employees and maintain employees’ records and files.



    1. Manage process, including communication and documentation for job offers, transfers, promotions and terminations.
    2. Be an ambassador for agency brand internally and online.
    3. Identify future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
    4. Serve as a liaison and agency representative with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations, including in-person representation and coordination for internal and external job fairs.
    5. Manage agency Applicant Tracking System.
    6. Manage employee terminations, including exit interviews and coordination of equipment retrieval.
    7. Provide training as needed to individuals and departments regarding appropriate interview questions and tools in selecting the most qualified candidates.


  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
  2. A minimum of two years previous recruiting experience.
  3. Must have excellent communication skills.
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and HR database System.
  5. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel and prioritize competing deadlines.
  6. An understanding of or experience in private non-profit and governmental organizations is desirable.
