From our beautiful campus, to the special additions to our high-quality programming, and services such as Workforce Development, the Help & Hope Pantry, and so much more, are made possible through private donations. We make sure that every dollar goes a long way.
Recognize, Honor, and Celebrate People and Events
Tribute giving is a way to recognize, honor, and celebrate people and events that are important to you by giving back to others. You can provide food, shelter, comfort, and hope to families that need it most.
Donate in Honor of Someone Special
Make a gift in honor of someone close to you by listing them as the Honoree when you make a gift to St. Anne’s Family Services. A Tribute Card can be emailed or mailed to your Honoree, or other recipients, in recognition of your generous gift.
Donate in Memory of a Loved One
Cherish the memory of a loved one by giving a gift in their memory. This is a wonderful way to recognize the important impact someone has had on your life by donating to St. Anne’s Family Services. A Tribute card can be sent to the Honoree’s family, or other loved ones, to show your sympathy and support, letting them know their loved one is being remembered.
Create a Tribute Fundraising Page
Fundraise and support women, children and families as you celebrate a person or an event.
Set up your own Tribute Fundraising page to encourage others to mark a milestone with you. Make a page to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, or other special occasion; or create a page in memoriam to someone who has passed and celebrate their life by encouraging a gift to St. Anne’s Family Services in lieu of flowers.
If you wish to set up a Tribute Fundraising page, please contact our team at donate[at]stannes.org or call 213-381-2931.
Since 1908, corporations and individuals have partnered with us to build safe, nurturing, and resilient families.
Gifts and in-kind donations have directly impacted the lives of the women, children and families in our community. From housewares to classroom supplies, producing seminars to technology upgrades, they further our work, and bring opportunity and resources to LA’s most vulnerable. They help us change lives. Contributions large and small continue to make a difference, and we believe there is something every person and company can give to allow us to help even more families become strong.
What are in-kind donations?
When organizations and individuals donate goods or services, those donations are considered gifts-in-kind. St. Anne’s Family Services accepts large quantities of in-kind gifts like diapers, wipes, food pantry staples, baby food, classroom supplies, student supplies, housewares, NEW UNUSED clothing, personal care items and much more.
One of our most valued gifts-in-kind are the supplies used to support Moms and babies. For example, in the first year of life, a typical little one will need an average of 2,200 diapers at an average of $85 a month, and that is just diapers! These numbers add up fast—so donations of supplies families need are wanted and welcome! We are experts in creatively collaborating with individuals and corporations who want to make a life-changing gift of supplies for Moms, babies, and families, so don’t hesitate to contact us about your donation.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Each company has its own guidelines. Typically, the following donations may be matched by an employer:
- Gifts made by employees of the company
- Gifts from the spouses of company employees
- Gifts made by retirees of the company
If you request a grant from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) to a nonprofit, your company may match the grant as well.
If you volunteer with us, your company may also offer a volunteer grant. These are typically donations given to your nonprofit of choice when you complete a certain number of hours in volunteer service to that organization. Ask your company’s HR team if you have this opportunity available.
What’s Next?
Check with your company’s HR manager and ask if your donation can be matched. Send an email to our team at donate@stannes.org letting us know that you plan on getting your donation matched. Once the gift is confirmed, your employer will send the matching funds based on their disbursement schedule.
