Workforce Development
Building a brighter future for families is created one step at a time.
An Investment In Their Future
As part of our commitment to helping youth and families thrive, we offer various life skills and a Workforce Development curriculum that sets them on a path toward self-sufficiency. Our goal for our young families is to help them secure employment and maintain stable housing.
Our workforce development services are designed for transition-aged youth, ages 16-24, and provide this vulnerable population with basic skills around job readiness, such as attire, timeliness, what to do in an emergency; and resume building and interview skills, to formalizing work study opportunities in the community.
Give A Gift of Time
If your company wants to get involved, consider providing a six-month or year-long internship for a Workforce Development participant.
