Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday 11pm-8am, flex Saturday 11pm-7am
Pay Rate: $21.00 Hourly.

Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and guiding the staff and residents in their daily routine. Responsible for facility management duties. Provides leadership to the Residential Counselors and ensures a healthy, therapeutic and safe environment for residents and their children in their care.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provides oversight and assistance to each resident in working with a group and in handling individual problems.
- Provides supervision, protection, and care of residents individually and in groups at all time.
- Oversight and administration of discipline and setting of limits for residents.
- Documents residents progress; identifies possible need for professional services; communicates such findings to professional staff.
- Evaluates and monitors Residential Counselors.
- Participates in mandatory trainings, in-service, and meetings.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and timely attendance.
- Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne’s, licensing, HIPPA, and other regulatory agencies.
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:
- Participate on Facility Manager Training.
- Participate/ Evaluate mandatory trainings, in-services, and meetings.
- Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) of the agency.
- Monitor/Evaluate/Oversee staff trainings
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related degree.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use good judgment in decision-making
- Ability to independently use a computer and the ability to learn necessary computer programs.
- Physical ability to perform ProAct, administer first aid/CPR and operate an Agency motor vehicle.
- Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier.
